Brian W. Hanse, CPA, Esq.
A trust and estates attorney and CPA for more than 25 years, Brian seeks to meet the legal
and financial planning objectives of the firm's private clients. Where appropriate, he uses trusts to save estate tax
and/or avoid probate. His philosophy is to empower clients to take ownership of the planning or administration process
to the extent they desire. He represents affluent individuals and families on a variety of sensative and complex estate,
trust and charitable planning matters. Brian serves as Managing Partner at Hanse Anderson LLP. He previously served
as a CPA in the audit and tax deptartments of Price Waterhouse Coopers (NYC). A JD and MBA, Brian's law degree is from
Seton Hall Law School; his business degree (MBA) from Cornell.

Patrick Anderson is a Partner of Hanse
Anderson LLP. Patrick is licensed as an attorney in both New Jersey and Florida. Patrick is a graduate, summa
cum laude from The College of New Jersey with a B.S. in Accounting and a graduate with honors (order of the coif) from
Rutgers Law School in Newark. Before his law career, Patrick formerly was with the international accounting firm of Deloitte
and Touche. Patrick's practice is concentrated in the areas of estate planning, administration and litigation, business law,
tax, land use, and real estate. Patrick serves as attorney for the Wayne Township Zoning Board of Adjustment and as a
Trustee of the Pines Lake Association in Wayne. Patrick resides in Wayne, New Jersey with his wife Allison and son Donovan.
