William C. Hanse, Esq. Facsimile: 973-616-0617 William C. Hanse is of counsel to Hanse Anderson LLP. Admitted in to the New Jersey Bar in 1970, William Hanse
has almost four decades of legal experience. He is a graduate of Seton Hall Law School. His practice includes estate planning
and administration, real estate transactions, and banking law. Mr. Hanse serves as general counsel and review attorney for
Atlantic Stewardship Bank, as well as being Chairman of the Board. Mr. Hanse is also a U.S. Army veteran, having seen
lengthy service at the U.S. Air Force air base at Keflavik, Iceland. 
Brian W. Hanse, CPA, Esq. Brian W. Hanse is a Partner of Hanse Anderson LLP
concentrating in avoidance of probate through living trusts, development of charitable giving strategies, use of multiple-generational
trusts to reduce death taxation, creation of supplemental benefits trust for beneficiaries with special needs, estate planning
for second marriages, and administration of private foundations for families of substantial means. In his more than 23 years with the firm, Mr. Hanse has planned and administered hundreds
of estates, many involving complex estate tax issues. He recently concluded successful settlement of a full estate audit
by the Internal Revenue Service. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Hanse worked
as a CPA in the audit and tax departments of PriceWaterhouseCoopers. He received a J.D. from Seton Hall Law School,
an M.B.A. in Finance from Cornell University and a B.A. in Business from Calvin College.

Patrick Anderson is a Partner of Hanse Anderson LLP. Patrick is licensed
as an attorney in both New Jersey and Florida. Patrick is a graduate, summa cum laude from The College of New
Jersey with a B.S. in Accounting and a graduate with honors (order of the coif) from Rutgers Law School in Newark. Before
his law career, Patrick formerly was with the international accounting firm of Deloitte and Touche. Patrick's practice is
concentrated in the areas of estate planning, administration and litigation, business law, tax, land use, and real estate.
Patrick serves as attorney for the Wayne Township Zoning Board of Adjustment and as the President (2012-2013) of
the Pines Lake Association in Wayne. Patrick resides in Wayne, New Jersey with his wife Allison.
